Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first stage role in the 50s. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions before making it huge in the national theater space with Li'l Abner' in 1957. The same year, she released her first musical album, It's Tina Time. Louise debuted in Hollywood with God's Little Acre, a film that was released in the year 1958. She played Griselda, a character in the movie. In the course of this film, she was joined the Actors Studio in New York and formed a connection to Lee Strasberg as his student. She signed on with CBS in 1964 to portray Ginger Grant. Louise was able to balance her acting career across Broadway TV and Hollywood playing more serious characters as in contrast to her portrayal of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and Helen Magnus, but in the past few years has gained recognition as a director on several well-known TV shows such as Supernatural. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. The family moved to Toronto for her childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver and Canada, following her decision to play the lead.
